Case Challenging the East African Crude Oil Pipeline [EACOP]

And yet, now more than ever, fossil fuels must be kept in the ground. It is thus essential to prevent the construction of new fossil fuel infrastructure like EACOP. CLX worked with NGOs to develop theories and strategies for a case challenging this pipeline, which litigators then filed in the East African Court of Justice. CLX has also deployed expertise in support of the case.
